I'm planning to invest in Noida, but I'm confused about which builder to choose. Which one has a better track record for on-time project delivery? Has anyone experienced delays with a particular builder here? Also, what about the quality of construction? Which builder offers better value for money in terms of construction quality versus price per sqft? Mujhe advice chahiye, please share your experiences!
