Noida mein low maintenance society milna mushkil hai?
Okay I'll be honest – kids have moved out and I don't need such a big place anymore. I'm looking at Chauhan Residency and Jaypee Wish Town Klassic. Wish Town looks good, but the maintenance charges are probably crazy high. Chauhan Residency seems more affordable, but is it worth it? I want something manageable near a good hospital. Resale value bhi dekhna hai. Has anyone else faced this?

Totally relate with OP! Kids moved out, ab bada ghar manage karna mushkil hai. I was also looking for something smaller, low
Jaypee Wish Town Klassic ka maintenance toh sach mein high hai. Mere cousin rehte hain wahan, bills dekh ke hosh ud jaate hain. Low maintenance society Noida mein milna almost impossible hai, especially in premium areas.
Hey everyone, OP ki situation bilkul meri jaisi hai! Chauhan Residency ke prices (₹22 L – ₹58 L) toh theek lag rahe hain budget-wise, but quality aur maintenance ka kya scene hai? Is it worth considering for someone like us jo first-time buyer hain aur long-term soch rahe hain?
Exactly! Delay ka darr toh rehta hi hai. U2, jaise aapne bataya, builders kaafi late karte hain. Chauhan Residency ka possession date 2024-04-30 hai, but kya time pe milega? Aur U1, maintenance initial years mein low dikha ke badha dete hain, yeh toh common practice hai, right?
U1, worth it bolna mushkil hai. Chauhan Residency ka naam suna hai, but us builder ke previous projects ka track record mixed hai. Mere friend ne Ajayabpur mein ek project liya tha, same builder ka, possession mein bahut delay hua tha aur finishings bhi average thi. Resale value bhi utni nahi mili jitni expect ki thi. Be careful, especially with the 2024-04-30 possession date, builders often push it. Maintenance bhi baad mein badha dete hain, initial years mein low dikha ke. Research well!
