Okay I'll say what no one says. Noida mein negotiation is a myth. Intellicity jaise builders Sector 168 mein ₹1.2Cr ki 2BHK pe kitna kam karte hain, seriously? Payment plans mein bhi discounts are rare. Change my mind.
