Hi everyone, I'm planning to invest in real estate in Noida and I'm a bit confused. Socha aap logon se advice le lu. I'm particularly interested in Sector 143B. Kya aap logon ko pata hai yahan pe future development plans kya hain? Metro expansion ka koi plan hai kya? Also, I'm considering N S Group projects. Has anyone here bought property from them? What's your experience been like? Builder ka track record kya hai? Are they known for timely delivery and quality construction? I'm also confused about under-construction vs ready-to-move properties. Which one is better from an investment perspective in Noida right now? Under-construction mein zyada risk toh nahi hai na? And what about the expected returns and appreciation in Sector 143B specifically? Short-term gains ki possibility hai ya long-term hi dekhna padega? Mujhe advice chahiye, any thoughts or experiences you can share would be really helpful! What do you think? Which one would you recommend?
