Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate, but I'm confused. What do you think about the current market conditions? Is it a buyer's or seller's market right now? Also, which area offers better ROI – Greater Noida ya Noida itself? I've heard mixed reviews. Kya Neoshape Infratech Pvt. Ltd. ke projects reliable hain? Has anyone experienced dealing with them? Mujhe advice chahiye on the best time to buy. Is it better to wait for a price correction or invest now? What's your take on under-construction vs ready-to-move properties? Which one would you recommend for long-term gains? Not sure if I should wait. Any suggestions?
