Noida mein property investment - Kahan aur kab?

Hi everyone, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. What do you think about the current market conditions? Is it a good time to buy, ya phir wait karna chahiye? Mujhe advice chahiye! I've heard Sector 32 is good. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about Uday Realcon Pvt Ltd? Their projects seem promising, but what's the expected appreciation? Also, what about rental yield potential in that area? Has anyone experienced construction delays with them? Which one is better, under-construction or ready-to-move? Not sure if I should go for commercial or residential. Any suggestions? I'm so confused! Kya karoon? What's your take?
