Noida mein property dekh raha hoon. Confused hoon kaunsa builder better hai. Amrapali toh nahi hai option. What about Supertech or ATS? Which one offers better value for money in terms of price per sqft and amenities? Kya kisi ne Supertech ke projects mein invest kiya hai? How is their construction quality now? ATS ka on-time delivery track record kaisa hai? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend for long-term investment and resale value? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about hidden costs?
