Meri toh puri investment hi doob gayi thi ek project mein Ajayabpur ke paas. Builder ne possession date extend kar di 3 saal tak, aur fir uske baad bhi completion certificate nahi diya. Jab tak RERA mein complaint nahi ki, koi sunta hi nahi tha. AIG Aigin Royal ka toh Possession date 2023-12-01 dikha raha hai, kya sach mein mil gaya hai logon ko? Ya fir bas date hi hai?

Pehle toh sab glossy brochures mein achha dikhate hain, fir agreement ke time pe pata chalta hai ki parking, club membership, IFMS, power backup, PLC, sab ke alag se charges hain. AIG Aigin Royal Ready to Move hai, but uska RERA number UPRERAPRJ17394 hai. Make sure you check all clauses thoroughly before signing anything, especially for these ready projects.

AIG Aigin Royal ka RERA UPRERAPRJ17394 hai aur possession date 2023-12-01 thi. Agar mil gaya hai logon ko, toh hidden charges ka feedback mil sakta hai.
