Noida mein real negotiation kitna possible hai?
Pre-launch discounts are mostly a marketing gimmick, not real savings. I work in real estate but buying for myself in Noida, like Prestige in Sector 112, is a different ballgame. Builders always quote a super area, but carpet area mein difference bahut hota hai. My budget for a 3BHK is around ₹1.5 Cr, and I'm trying to figure out the actual 'all-in' cost. Matlab, stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? Builders kahte hain 'spot discount' hai, but kitna negotiate kar sakte hain realistically? 5-7% bhi possible hai kya? Aur ye hidden charges jo possession ke time pe aate hain, unse kaise bachein? Koi off-the-record advice hai toh please share karo. Jewar Airport hype ka bhi impact hai, but I don't want to overpay.
