I'm thinking of investing near Yamuna Expressway. What's the rental yield potential there? Is it a good time to buy now, ya wait karna chahiye for price correction? Has anyone invested with Saha Groupe? Mujhe pata chahiye unka track record kaisa hai. Also, what are the risks involved in investing in under-construction properties right now?
