Noida mein Top Floor: Connectivity claims kitne sach?

Ek video dekha top floor apartments pe. Usme Noida mein connectivity, jaise metro aur expressway access, aur nearby schools/hospitals ki kaafi baat ho rahi thi. Also, clubhouse aur amenities ko bhi highlight kiya tha. I'm wondering, kya yeh sab claims actually ground pe utne hi strong hain, especially for a top floor unit? Has anyone living in Noida experienced this? Kya aap logon ko lagta hai ki yeh infrastructure claims real hain?
