Noida mein Victory Ace aur AIG Aigin Royal: Real picture kya hai?
My lease ends in 3 months and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally, I'm taking the plunge to buy a flat in Noida. I'm looking at Victory Ace and AIG Aigin Royal Phase 1, both ready-to-move options. Victory Ace ka initial price thoda better lag raha hai, but not sure total cost of ownership mein kitna difference hoga after stamp duty, registration, and ongoing maintenance. AIG Aigin Royal mein maintenance charges kaise hain, koi idea? Also, society ka vibe kaisa hai? RWA kitna active hai in both? I'm thinking long-term, so rental potential kiska better hoga Noida mein? Has anyone lived in either of these societies? Koi real experience share karega?

Market conditions bhi dekho. Noida mein abhi inventory kaafi hai, toh buyers ke paas options hain. Builders bhi discounts de rahe hain. Victory Ace ka price range ₹62 L – ₹1.3 Cr hai. AIG Aigin Royal ka price range kya hai? Usmein bhi negotiations ka scope hoga kya? Dono mein se kis mein investment better rahegi, future appreciation ke hisaab se?
Negotiation ka scope toh hamesha hota hai, especially with ready-to-move properties. Builder ko cash chahiye hota hai. AIG Aigin Royal mein maine suna hai ki prices thode rigid hain, but it depends on the unit type. Victory Ace mein you might get a better deal, especially for smaller units.
Investment ke liye toh connectivity aur future infrastructure projects dekho. AIG Aigin Royal agar main road ke paas hai ya proposed metro line ke kareeb, toh uski value jaldi badhegi. Victory Ace bhi theek hai, but us area mein competition zyada hai.
Maine dono societies visit ki hain recently. Victory Ace mein 526 units hain, toh crowd kaafi hai. Parking ka issue laga thoda. AIG Aigin Royal Phase 1 mein units kam hain, toh thoda exclusive feel hai, but prices bhi accordingly higher hain. Maintenance ke liye AIG Aigin Royal mein 4-5 rupees per sqft ka estimate diya tha, which is on the higher side.
Haan, parking ka issue toh hai. But AIG Aigin Royal mein visitor parking bhi kaafi limited hai. Ek friend rehta hai udhar, bolta hai kabhi kabhi guests aate hain toh problem hoti hai. Victory Ace mein better hai.
Parking ka issue toh Noida mein har jagah hai, especially older societies mein. Naye projects mein bhi builder extra charge karte hain. Victory Ace mein possession 2019 mein ho gaya tha, toh parking slots already allocated honge. AIG Aigin Royal mein kya scene hai?
4-5 rupees per sqft? That's a lot! Victory Ace mein I heard it's around 3.5-4 rupees. Yeh toh monthly budget ko bigaad dega. Thanks for sharing this data, bahut helpful hai.
Victory Ace mein mere dost ne liya hai. Total cost of ownership, stamp duty, registration sab mila ke kaafi upar chala gaya tha jo initial price dikhaya tha usse. Maintenance charges bhi time to time badhte rehte hain. Society theek hai, but RWA utna active nahi hai jitna hona chahiye. Kids play area aur basic amenities toh hain.
Long-term rental potential ke liye location bahut important hai. Victory Ace Sector 143 mein hai, connectivity theek hai. Lekin AIG Aigin Royal ki location, especially agar wo Alpha I Greater Noida ke paas hai, toh future mein rental demand better ho sakti hai. Young professionals udhar prefer karte hain.
Exactly! Initial price toh sirf hook hota hai. Hidden charges aur maintenance ka bill baad mein aata hai. AIG Aigin Royal mein bhi yehi story hai kya? Koi batao wahan ka experience.
Bhai, same situation here! Rent se toh tang aa gaye hain. Victory Ace ka price sunke main bhi attract hua tha. But AIG Aigin Royal ka naam thoda zyada suna hai market mein. Maybe that means something?
Naam se kya hota hai yaar. Ground reality dekho. AIG Aigin Royal mein maintenance charges kaafi high sunne mein aaye hain. Victory Ace mein shuru mein theek the but abhi ka kya scene hai pata nahi. Society ka vibe toh khud jaake hi pata chalega, especially weekends pe.
Haan, naam toh AIG Aigin Royal ka hai. Par Victory Ace ka possession 2019 ka hai, matlab kaafi log reh rahe honge ab tak. RERA number UPRERAPRJ332663 hai uska. Woh toh pakka ready-to-move hai.
