Okay I'll be honest — I thought getting possession was the hard part. Just moved into Ivory County Phase 3 last month. Tbh, the reality of amenities vs. what was promised is hitting hard. Clubhouse is barely functional, and gym equipment feels a bit cheap. Already seeing tiny cracks near windows, and water pressure isn't always great. Maintenance charges are high, but the service feels pretty basic. Does anyone else feel this post-possession reality? What should I check for next?
