Noida ke naye projects pe ek video dekha. M3M Trump Towers, Jacob & Co, Clove County, Ace Mahagun Medalleo aur L&T Green Reserve ki baat ho rahi thi. Video keh raha tha kuch jagah appreciation slow hoga. I'm wondering, kya yeh Sec 94, 97, 107, 128 wale projects zyada better hain value-wise than something in say, Sector 50 ya 78? Investment ke liye kya lagta hai, inko consider karein ya older, established sectors mein resale better deal hai?

Yaar, I've been hearing similar things. These new sectors (94, 107, 128) sound fancy, but the prices are through the roof. Is the appreciation really justified there? Or is it just hype created by builders like M3M and Ace? I'm worried about getting stuck with an overpriced asset.
