1.5 years into my Ivory County Phase 3 flat, and the parking situation is still a headache. I got one allocated spot, but visitors and future tenants are a real concern. Honestly, I didn't realize how much parking impacts daily life and potential resale value. Is it always this lottery-based in Noida projects? Or do some builders actually guarantee proper multiple slots, especially for bigger BHKs? My parents keep saying good parking is key for tenant attraction and property value, and I'm seeing it now. Any tips on what to look for regarding parking allocation during site visits? Beyond just 'available' parking, how to ensure it's fair and not a constant struggle? Hope this helps someone planning their investment.
