Noida Plans 10-Lane Pushta Road for Delhi-Jewar Airport Traffic
Heard any buzz about how the new airport will affect Noida property values? Looks like Noida Authority is planning a 10-lane Pushta Road connecting the Noida Expressway to the Yamuna Expressway near Gharbara village. This bypass should seriously ease traffic to the Delhi-Jewar airport. Plus, the Chilla Elevated Road is halfway done, which should improve connectivity to Delhi as well. This improved infrastructure could mean big things for property appreciation in the area, especially for those of us who invested early in anticipation of the airport. It seems like Noida is positioning itself as a major connectivity hub. Has anyone driven around the area lately and seen the construction progress firsthand? Any insights on how this might impact different sectors of Noida?

Anyone else facing issues with Amrapali projects in Noida? Mera toh investment phas gaya hai!
U8, Bhai, Amrapali toh sabka paisa leke bhaag gaya. Good luck getting anything back.
So, the bottom line is: infrastructure projects are good for Noida property values, but don't expect overnight miracles. Do your homework and be realistic.
Has anyone got any recent updates on the land rates near the airport itself? Are they still climbing?
Let's see if this Pushta Road actually materializes. I'll believe it when I see it.
I drove past Sector 146 last week. Construction activity for the Pushta Road is definitely visible near the Yamuna Expressway. But it's still early stages.
Sector 150 is already overpriced. Don't expect massive appreciation now. Maybe 10-15% max over the next 2-3 years.
U4, depends on the specific project and builder reputation. Some projects are still undervalued in 150. Do your research before dismissing it entirely.
What about the impact on Greater Noida West (Noida Extension)? Will this new road help connectivity there too?
U12, indirectly yes. It'll ease overall traffic on the Noida Expressway, making it slightly easier to reach Noida Extension from Delhi.
U12, Realistically, no. Noida Extension still suffers from internal connectivity issues. Focus should be on improving roads within that area first.
I bought a plot in Sector 26A near Jewar a few years back. Hoping this airport and connectivity boost will finally pay off. Fingers crossed!
Anyone know the RERA registration number for this Pushta Road project? Want to check the status and completion timelines.
Good point U15. Always check RERA details before believing anything. Builders are masters of marketing.
U15, Noida Authority projects usually don't have RERA registration. They claim exemption. So you'll have to rely on news reports and on-site observations.
U17, that's a huge problem! No accountability then. How do we even track progress?
My friend works in Noida Authority. He said the initial plan was to connect Pari Chowk directly to the airport. This Pushta Road is a later addition. It's all about political pressure and land deals, guys.
Sector 78 mein rates already badh gaye hain since the airport announcement. Speculation is driving prices up, not necessarily real infrastructure yet. Be careful before investing.
Chilla Elevated Road se DND pe traffic kam hoga? That's what I want to know. Daily Delhi commute is killing me.
U10, supposedly yes. But DND is a bottleneck anyway. Toll tax bhi toh hai!
U11, Exactly! Toll tax is a ripoff. They should remove it once the construction cost is recovered.
U12, Never gonna happen. Government needs that money. Maybe they'll increase it further lol
10 lanes? Sounds ambitious. Aur kitna time lagega complete hone mein? They've been talking about this for ages.
Bhai, I'm more worried about the land acquisition for this Pushta Road. Farmers ka compensation properly hua ki nahi? Otherwise, it'll get stuck in court cases for years.
Exactly U3! These projects always sound great on paper. Reality is often different. Land acquisition is a huge hurdle.
U3, you're right. Remember the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway? Still incomplete after all these years. Same story, different day.
U3, U4, Land acquisition is mostly done near Jewar side. The problem areas are closer to Noida Expressway. But yeah, delays are almost guaranteed in India.
True that U6. Govt projects are always delayed. Private projects are delayed because of builder fraud! Kya karein?
U7, haan yaar, builder log toh loot rahe hain. Mera possession abhi tak nahi mila. 2 saal late hai!
Finally, some good news! Airport connectivity is key. I invested in Sector 150 thinking exactly this. Let's hope the Noida Authority actually delivers this time.
