Noida Plans 10-Lane Road to Ease Airport Traffic

Hey Noida folks, ever wondered how the new airport is going to affect traffic and, more importantly, property values in the area? Well, the Noida Authority is planning a pretty significant upgrade: widening Pushta Road into a 10-lane highway to connect the Noida and Yamuna Expressways. Plus, they're building a 5.9 km elevated road from Chilla Regulator to Mahamaya Flyover, aiming to finish it by the end of next year. This could seriously ease congestion and make getting around a whole lot smoother. With better connectivity, I'm betting we'll see some positive movement in property prices, especially along these new routes. What do you all think?
