I'm based in Dubai. Antriksh Grand View mein 2-5Cr? Too much, right? Plots in YEIDA seem cheaper upfront. But OC milne mein kitna time lagega? Can't visit myself, so builder trust is HUGE. Which has better rental potential, honestly? Need someone to manage it all. Investment ke liye kaunsa sahi hai?
