Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but ab fed up ho gaya hoon renting se. Noida mein Pan Realtors ke saath Chi IV mein ek flat dekh raha hoon. Builder toh sirf basic price batata hai. But acquisition ke time pe maintenance deposit, club membership, utility connections, ye sab hidden costs kitne add karte hain? True all-in cost kaise figure out karein? Koi tips hain kya?
