Just moved into my Neoshape flat in Sector 80 two months back. Everyone talks about negotiating the flat price, but honestly, that's just the start of the headache. Builder ne itne charges add kar diye possession pe, literally things nobody told me. Stamp duty, registration ke alawa bhi PLC, utilities, maintenance advance... sab milake meri budget hil gayi. Negotiation ka kya fayda hua, jab ye sab baad mein aa gaya? Kitna realistically negotiate kar sakte hain, ya ye hidden costs unavoidable hain? Change my mind.

Exactly! Mera Alpha I Greater Noida mein flat hai, aur maine bhi same cheez face ki. Booking ke time they showed me a 'final cost sheet' which was anything but final. Possession ke time they added charges for 'Infrastructure Development Fee', 'Fire Safety Equipment',
Bhai, totally agree! Ye toh sabka experience hai. Builder sales team sirf basic price batati hai, baaki sab possession ke time bomb ki tarah phat jaata hai. Meri bhi halat kharab ho gayi thi.
