Noida possession is just a hidden charges trap

Moved into my ATS project in Sector 150 last month, and honestly, possession experience was quite an eye-opener. Builder ne last minute pe itne hidden charges dikhaye – PLC, OC, maintenance deposit. Laga tha sab clear hai but yeh sab unexpected tha. Finishings mein bhi kaafi issues the, plaster cracks, taps leaking. Promised amenities ka kya bolun, clubhouse toh abhi tak poora nahi hai. Matlab, is this normal for builders like ATS ya Godrej Properties also do this? Has anyone else faced such surprises at handover?
