Just moved into my new flat in Sector 15 last month. OC mil gaya tha, but honestly, things nobody told me! Option A: Fully furnished rental, maybe closer to office, but monthly rent is almost the same as my EMI. Option B: My own place, finally, but now facing unexpected maintenance costs and society drama. Option C: Should I have invested in commercial property via JMD Property Bazaar instead? Heard rental yields are better. I'm not sure which was the smarter move now with the current interest rates. What would you guys do in my place? Which is a better long term ROI, considering Noida's market?
