Sector 124 – I'm seriously looking at a property by Anant Associates Pvt. Ltd. there. Heard about their pre-launch offer for a 3BHK, around ₹1.1 Cr. My experience says pre-launch pricing isn't always a real discount, ya know? Sometimes open market mein bhi similar deals mil jaate hain. Is early-bird actually worth the risk of project delays? What's your take on the actual price difference between pre-launch and ready-to-move in Noida? Especially with current market trends near Jewar Airport... I'm thinking ROI.
