Honestly, I'm kicking myself for not buying 2 years ago. My kids are growing up fast, we desperately need a bigger 3BHK. We're looking at the Premium Builders corridor in Noida, wife ki priority hai good schools and safety. But yaar, prices have shot up. Kya kisi ko pata hai, last 1-2 saal mein rates kitne badhe hain? Not sure if we should wait for a correction ya abhi le le. Is the current pricing justified for families, especially in sectors like 150? Should I wait?

Rates ka kya poochte ho, sir. Sector 150 mein toh pichle 2 saal mein minimum 20-30% ka jump aaya hai, depending on the builder and exact location. Jo cheez 6000-7000/sqft thi, ab 9000-10000+ mein mil rahi hai. It's crazy.
