Noida price trends 2026: Too late to buy?

Sector 150 — we're looking for a 3BHK for our growing family. Prices have shot up quite a bit, especially with Jewar Airport news. My wife's main concern is safety and kids' school access. Are these current Noida price trends sustainable till 2026, or will there be a correction soon? Is it the right time to enter?
