Noida prices are already at peak, not booming.

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Everyone says Noida properties are booming because of Jewar Airport and Film City, but aren't we just buying at the peak? Prices already shot up. Is there really that much appreciation left, ya phir ab overvalued ho gaya hai? I'm looking at Sector 99, but ₹1.2Cr for a 2BHK feels like a gamble. Change my mind.
