Noida prices are getting unsustainable, especially Sector 150

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida, especially Sector 150. Prices bahut tezi se badh rahe hain, with all the Jewar airport hype. Sab bol rahe 2026 tak double ho jayenge. Is this current price rise sustainable, ya correction aayega? Kya lagta hai?

Haan bhai, same feel ho raha hai. January mein jo rate tha, ab woh toh sapna lagta hai. Sector 150 mein 6000-7000 psf tak pahunch gaya hai. Kya yeh genuine growth hai ya bas hype bubble hai?
