Noida prices: correction coming by 2026?

Block E keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Everyone talks about Noida prices just going up and up, especially with Jewar. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 78 and eyeing a 3BHK. But honestly, is this current price rise sustainable till 2026? Or are we in for a correction? Change my mind.
