Noida projects: Are green areas and security just marketing?
Is actual green space and security infrastructure in Noida projects genuinely impacting tenant attraction and long-term capital appreciation? From my experience, brochure mein green areas ka promise kuch aur hota hai, but reality mein bas thode se potted plants milte hain. Also, security systems — CCTV coverage, visitor management, guard quality — are these up to the mark? I've seen patterns where poor security means higher tenant churn.
