Noida projects: Post-possession quality concerns?
Did a site visit to Krishna Residency last week, and it got me thinking. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, the reality hits differently. The sample flat always looks great, but what about actual construction quality after a year? I'm worried about seepage issues, flaky fittings, stuff that kills resale value. And those fancy clubhouses... are they actually used, or just a maintenance drain? What's the real story on amenities vs. what's delivered? Does anyone regret paying premium for amenities that became ghost facilities?

Yaar, so glad someone brought this up. Krishna Residency ka sample flat dekh ke toh dil khush ho gaya tha, but the more I think about it, the more nervous I get. My uncle bought a flat in Alpha I Greater Noida a few years back, and his experience with post-possession issues, especially seepage, was a nightmare. Builder ne initially sab promises kiye, but baad mein koi sunne wala nahi tha. I'm really worried about paying a premium for amenities that end up being neglected, like the clubhouses. Are they really worth the extra cost and maintenance?
