Exactly! I'm looking at Saraswati Executive Home too, price range ₹38 L – ₹76 L seems okay for a completed project. But water is a basic need. Has anyone visited the site recently or talked to current residents? RERA number UPRERAPRJ123456 hai, can we complain there if water is an issue?
RERA complaint toh kar sakte ho. But it's a long process.
Municipal connection toh theek hai, but Noida mein kai jagah supply hours limited hote hain. Phir tanker hi option bachta hai. Mera ek relative Ajayabpur mein rehta hai, unke yahan subah shaam bas 2-3 ghante hi aata hai.
I visited last month. Unhone bas bola 'municipal connection hai'.

True that. Builders just want to close the deal. Saraswati Executive Home is showing possession date 2025-10-01, but what if they delay and then water supply is also an issue? Total units 42 hain, shayad manage kar lenge?
