Noida projects: What they don't tell you about upkeep and quality
Spent the last few weeks researching Saraswati Executive Home in Noida, mostly online since I'm based in Dubai. I'm worried about construction quality issues like cracks or seepage popping up after a year. Can't do a site inspection myself, so I'm relying on ground reports. How bad are the snag lists usually for these projects? Does it impact long-term rental appeal or resale value? Also, do the promised amenities, like the clubhouse or green areas, actually hold up? Or are they just for show initially and become ghost facilities later? For investors, do these amenities genuinely attract tenants and command better rents, or is it just a marketing gimmick for premium pricing? Any actual resident experiences here? Your insights would be super helpful for someone like me investing from afar.

Totally agree with the OP. Noida projects mein yeh maintenance aur quality ka issue common hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. My cousin bought a flat near Alpha II Greater Noida,
Bhai, Saraswati Executive Home ka naam suna hai. But 'completed' bolte hain aur possession 2025? Yehi toh sabse bada red flag hai. Builders often declare 'completed' for structure but finishing mein saalon laga dete hain. Quality ka toh bhagwan hi malik hai.
