Honestly not sure who's better for resale now. Amrapali's reputation is shaky, but Supertech... well, same issues? Which one would give better ROI in 5 years, considering the market situation? Thoughts?

ATS is definitely a safer bet, but their prices are also much higher. You get what you pay for, I guess.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I was stuck between Amrapali and Supertech. Ended up buying in a smaller, lesser-known project in Sector 143. No regrets so far.
RERA registration number check karo before making any decision. Don't rely on what the builder tells you.
Which Supertech project are you talking about specifically? Makes a big difference. North Eye? Cape Town? Different stories altogether.
