Noida property: Amrapali or Supertech... which one to trust?

After the Amrapali fiasco, I'm super skeptical. Supertech's projects look good, but on-time delivery ka kya scene hai? I've heard mixed reviews. Anyone faced hidden charges during possession with them? Amrapali ke toh sab cases pending hai, toh risk toh hai hi. Should I avoid both altogether and look at someone else? Need real experiences, not just marketing talk. Investment point of view se bhi, which one has better ROI?
