Noida property: Anchal vs. others, what's the real deal?

So, I'm looking at Noida mein property, specifically around Sector 75. Anchal Silver Oak Tower dikh raha hai sahi, but thoda confused hoon. On-time delivery ka kya scene hai? My parents keep saying check construction quality properly, plaster cracks wagera toh nahi honge na? Heard some builders hide charges at possession. Is it true that PLC and all that suddenly appear? Honestly not sure if Anchal is better than, say, some local builders in terms of after-sales service. Customer support matters a lot. Has anyone dealt with Anchal Real Estate before? How was your experience? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Should I just stick to renting? Any advice?
