Been renting for years, finally taking the plunge in Noida. Looking at Sector 50, maybe an ACC Builders project. Floor-rise premium and PLC charges really add up; are they worth it? Also, does the secondary market offer more negotiation room than new projects? Any tips for pushing pricing on resale flats?

Bhai, floor-rise premium is mostly a scam in my opinion. Unless you're getting a super view or something genuinely unique, why pay extra just to be a few floors higher? Builders just use it to squeeze more money. Secondary market mein definitely negotiation ka scope zyada hota hai, especially if the owner is in a hurry to sell.
