Yeh video dekh ke I'm thinking about Noida's property market. The video talks about 90% people losing money due to common mistakes. For Noida, I'm trying to figure out if current pricing for new projects makes sense for long-term appreciation. Rental yields seem okay, but future growth potential ka kya scene hai? Are we making those mistakes in Noida? What's your take on Noida's growth potential and ROI?

Yaar, ye video dekh ke toh mera BP high ho gaya. Noida mein itna paisa laga ke kahin phas na jayein. Current pricing for new projects toh bahut high lag rahi hai, long-term appreciation ka kya scene hai? Aur rental yields bhi kitne sustainable hain? Kya hum bhi wahi common mistakes kar rahe hain?
U6, baat toh sahi hai, but current market conditions dekho. Jab tak IT/corporate growth pick up nahi karti, rental yields theek hain, par capital appreciation difficult hai. Meri ek friend ne 2020 mein liya tha Alpha II mein, abhi tak break-even nahi hua hai, ulta loss mein hai. ROI ka scene abhi toh cloudy hai.
U1, thoda positive bhi socho. Noida mein infrastructure development bahut fast hai, especially connectivity. DND, FNG, Yamuna Expressway, sab projects ko boost de rahe hain. Long-term mein appreciation toh aayegi, agar location wisely choose ki. But haan, price point definitely high ho gaya hai.
