Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing buying property in Noida is. My wife and I are upgrading to a 3BHK for the kids, maybe in Sector 150 or near Knowledge Park 2, and we thought our budget of ₹1.2 Cr was solid. But the 'all-in cost' is hitting us hard. Builders like Aurum Alumni, for example, quote a base price, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, maintenance advance, IFMS, club membership... it feels like a never-ending list of hidden charges that weren't clear upfront. How do you guys actually get a true, final figure before committing? What were the biggest surprise costs you faced at possession? Am I missing something obvious here?
