Ansal API's Carnation Garden keeps popping up, but honestly, I'm seeing some scary reviews online. Fed up of renting and finally taking the plunge, but the EMI vs rent math only works if the builder delivers, right? Everyone's chasing 'affordable' but what's the point if they can't finish the project? I'm seeing horror stories about possession delays with Ansal API. Is it worth the risk even if the price is tempting? Plus, what about construction quality? Plaster cracks and seepage issues — anyone experienced that first-hand? Or am I being too harsh?
