Noida property: confused between Supertech and ATS!

I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, especially in Noida. Supertech...everyone glorifies them but nobody talks about the hidden charges at possession. Heard horror stories of extra PLC and EDC that weren't initially disclosed. Matlab, total shock at the end! ATS, on the other hand, thoda slow hai in construction, but atleast they deliver what they promise, right? I know what builders don't tell you about super area vs carpet area games, and Supertech is notorious for this. It's all marketing, bhai. Also, after possession, ATS societies are generally maintained better. I'm leaning towards ATS Greens, but Supertech's location advantage is tempting. Change my mind. Sahi mein, I'm confused. What's your experience?
