Noida property confusion: Builder reputation matters?

₹70 lakh budget, 2BHK in Noida. Honestly, ab samajh nahi aa raha. I'm looking at projects by Godrej and ATS. Godrej seems good, but I've heard some stories about possession delays. Has anyone faced this? ATS, my parents keep saying, builds solid stuff, but their prices are a bit higher. Is it worth the extra EMI for better construction quality? Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about hidden charges from either of them at the time of possession? PLC charges kitna lete hai? I had no idea about all this before! Should I be more worried about on-time delivery or construction quality? Need help deciding!
