Noida property confusion: delivery vs. quality?

Honestly, I'm so confused about which builder to trust in Noida. My parents keep saying 'delivery time pe toh koi nahi deta'. सुना है that Ajnara projects often get delayed, but their prices are tempting. Also, I've seen some reviews complaining about construction quality issues with Supertech after possession. Is it worth paying extra for a better reputation, like maybe Godrej? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, on-time delivery zyada important hai ya construction quality? Any real experiences?
