Noida property confusion - Godrej Majesty ya Assotech?
Godrej Majesty is upcoming in Greater Noida, right? Assotech VSNL Officers Apartment toh ready-to-move hai. But carpet area wise, which one gives more bang for the buck? Also, heard Godrej's advertised rate and actual cost differs a lot. Anyone has first-hand experience? Confused about which is better for investment. Koi advice do.

Assotech VSNL Officers Apartment ka RERA No. toh Applicable nahi hai, kyunki 2000 mein hi complete ho gaya tha. Total units 76 hain, small society hai. Maintenance charges check kar lena, purane buildings mein zyada ho sakte hain.
Mujhe lagta hai carpet area pe focus karo. Builders ka built-up area aur super built-up area ka calculation bohot tricky hota hai. Godrej ka advertise rate toh low dikhega, but jab maintenance, club charges, parking, PLC sab add hoga, it shoots up. Assotech mein atleast you know what you are getting, aur 76 units ki established community hai. But is it worth 1.0-1.2 Cr for an old project? Rental yield kya hai udhar?
