Noida mein property dekh raha hoon, but stuck between Eldeco Residency Greens (ready) and A S Homes Apartment (under-construction). Eldeco ka price tag ₹2.47 Cr se shuru hai, while A S Homes ₹25.99 L se. Is that huge difference worth it for ready possession? Kya under-construction mein hidden costs, like PLC ya maintenance, make the total cost of ownership similar in the long run? Which one do you think has better appreciation potential in 5 years?
