Noida property experts: Raghunandan vs. UCHDL - which is better?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Has anyone compared Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens with UCHDL Trucia? I'm seeing a big price difference. Is the price jump worth it? Raghunandan is ready to move, which is a plus, but UCHDL seems more premium. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a factor. Kya kisi ko pata hai which has better rental potential? I mean, which one would attract more tenants and command higher rent? Also, UCHDL's carpet area efficiency – is it significantly better to justify the cost? Honestly not sure which way to go. Should I prioritize ready possession or potential appreciation? Any advice?

Bhai, Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens toh kaafi purana project hai. 2016 ka possession hai. Uske liye 82L thoda zyada nahi lag raha? UCHDL naya hai, maybe that's why it feels premium. Rental potential toh naye projects mein better hota hai usually, especially if it's in a developing sector like Alpha II.
