Legal issues bahut hain inke projects mein. Kasablanca completed hai, theek hai, but uske bhi buyers ne kitna struggle kiya hai. Rental yield ka toh pata nahi, but resale mein bhi problem aati hai jab builder ka reputation kharab ho. Be careful, especially since you're not here to monitor.
