Noida property - Grand View vs Augusta, so confused!

Looking at Noida for my first home. Honestly, I'm torn. Antriksh Grand View looks good, but the price! 2-5 Cr seems steep. Is it worth the ready-to-move tag? Jaypee Augusta Town Home is also ready, but I've heard mixed reviews about Jaypee. Carpet area efficiency is important to me. Which gives more usable space, Grand View or Augusta? My parents keep saying location is key, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. Anyone have experience with either?
