Amrapali ka on-time delivery record toh zero hai, right? Seen cracks in Green Valley flats. Is it worth considering even now? Honestly not sure about resale value.

Metro extension is good for connectivity, but it's not a magic bullet. The area still needs good infrastructure and security.

Before buying, check the RERA registration number and the builder's track record on the RERA website. Don't just trust their promises.

Sector 45? Forget about it. Even at a discount, it's not worth the headache. Better to invest in something else.
Depends on the project, U13. Unfinished projects are dirt cheap, but finished ones are still selling for decent prices. Check PropTiger or Magicbricks for recent listings.
Sector 45 mein, if you find a resale, make sure you get it checked by a structural engineer. Cracks are common.
Honestly, with the new Jewar airport coming up, I'm thinking of investing in YEIDA plots instead. Less risk, more potential.
YEIDA is good, but be careful of scams. Land acquisition issues are still a problem. Do your due diligence!

I bought in Amrapali Sapphire in 2012. Possession mila 2018 mein, and even then, the finishing was terrible. I had to spend another 5 lakhs just to make it livable. Never again!
Sapphire ka toh naam suna tha. Thought it was one of their better projects. 2018 mein possession? That's still late!

Totally agree yaar. Amrapali ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. But, some people are saying kuch projects RERA ke under recover ho rahe hain. Is that even true?
RERA recovery? Maybe a few, but don't bet your life savings on it. Green Valley ka toh bahut bura haal hai. I know someone who's been fighting for possession for 8 years!
