Noida property gurus, which one better for family?

My parents keep saying ready-to-move hi lena chahiye. Matlab, Antriksh India Grand View seems safer than Godrej Majesty jo abhi ban raha hai. But Godrej ka layout better lag raha hai, more open space type. Honestly not sure if paying extra for OC is worth it? Also, Grand View mein maintenance charges kya scene hai? Any ideas which has better resale value in 5 years? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Hope someone can share their experience!

Totally feel your dilemma! Parents ka pressure alag, aur apni preferences alag. Ready-to-move mein peace of mind toh hai, no doubt. But Godrej ka brand value bhi toh hai na. Noida mein Godrej projects ka naam hai, especially in areas like Alpha I Greater Noida.

Exactly! I'm also looking in Noida and the ready vs under-con confusion is real. Antriksh Grand View looks okay but Godrej ka layout is always a winner. Price difference kitna hai,
