Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm looking at 3BHKs around Sector 151, maybe Spacebook Estates. Got a quote for 1.15 Cr, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... honestly not sure what the *real* all-in cost will be. Do builders actually negotiate much in Noida, or is that a myth? And what hidden charges should I watch for near possession?
